Welcome to the Sales Team, Laura Steele!

Triton Security are delighted to introduce our newly appointed Business Development Director, Laura Steele! Laura brings a wealth of experience to our growing team, and we are thrilled to have her onboard.

With 13 years’ experience in the security industry, Laura joins us having previously worked in various roles such as Business Development Manager, Head of Sales and Head of Commercial. Laura’s vast expertise, spanning across various sectors, has allowed her to home in client relations and strategic planning skills to implement innovative security solutions for customers.

We spoke to Laura to find out more about her career ambitions, why she joined Triton, and what she enjoys during her spare time…read more below:

I was already quite familiar with Triton Group from working within the security industry. When I came for my interview, I got a great feel for the culture of the business. The company is very dynamic, and people are encouraged to think differently; there are a lot of exciting things going on in behind the scenes at the moment and I really wanted to be part of it – I am really excited to be on this journey with the Triton team.

Every day is different! Often within the security industry, things can change and become different at very short notice – no two days are the same which I really like!

At the moment, I am focussing on corporate cleaning and security services, with a key focus on retail and D&L.

I have a young family with 4 gorgeous children, unwinding did you say!? My favourite past time is spending time outdoors and going on long walks – I did the Yorkshire 3 Peaks last year which was great. I’m also quite handy with DIY and just finished a few projects within our house.

Otherwise, on a weekend you can normally find me on a sideline somewhere in Yorkshire cheering the boys on – I’m definitely a soccer mum!

If I wasn’t a BDD and I was to have a complete career change out of the industry, I would go into property.
